  • We  fully comply with any requests you have to see any and all data we hold on you in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Billing

  • All invoices will be made available online to you.
  • All financial information that we keep on you will be available to you 24 hours a day through Account Management.
  • You will be able to access printer-friendly versions of all invoices.
  • Accurate and reliable billing is guaranteed.

Complaints

  • All complaints will get a response within 24 hours.
  • All complaints will be documented and confirmed.
  • A Designated Member will respond to all complaints.
