On 15th May 2014 we are retiring the existing Squidwolf Mail service globally (except for Canada where Squidwolf Mail will continue to be available) and bringing the great features of Squidwolf Mail and Squidwolf Hosting together. From 15th May 2014 Squidwolf Mail will only be available to employees of Potion Forest LLP, developers on-contract from Project: Hazel, and those tasked to Squidwolf Syndicate.

If you wish to stay with us for your email service we will be offering a brand new email platform exclusively for those who have supported us over the years by continuing to use their Squidwolf Mail account. This service will be announced shortly after the deployment of Zero Rotation.

The new exclusive email service will have a huge 400MB mailbox size and up to 50MB attachment limits, the service will be free and will continue to be maintained for years to-come.

Yours sincerely,

The Squidwolf Mail Team

So, what’s happening between now and 15th May?

Squidwolf Mail will continue to work as you know it today. If you check your Squidwolf Mail inbox you should be greeted by this message. Between now and the closue date we will be working on making the final preparations for the new mail service.

So, what’s happening after 15th March?

Customers who are already authenticated will continue to receive emails but will not be able to send emails. If you attempt to send an email it will bounce back into your inbox. To get a clearer picture of who will and won’t be able to continue using the service please have a look at this summary:

Free Accounts – Accounts closed.

SquidBasic – Accounts closed.

SquidStandard – Accounts closed.

SquidAdvanced – Receive but not send.

SquidElite – Receive but not send.

Polaris – Continue using the service.

Important Note

The Squidwolf Mail service does not have any connection or link to your Squidwolf Hosting account. All Squidwolf Hosting accounts will continue to operate as normal. Squidwolf Mail was a service we offered to new customers before the introduction of Squidwolf Hosting. Squidwolf Mai operates on the old SSN (Squidwolf Services Network) and is not connected in any way to Potion Forest.
